Join Us at ANEW’s Diversity & Inclusion Summit

Join Center of Excellence staff and industry and workforce leaders across the region for the 7th annual Diversity & Inclusion Summit in person at the DoubleTree SeaTac on May 11th.

As our industries continue to focus on culture, it is critical to discuss pathways to leadership for women and people of color, targeted recruitment and retention of workers through mentorship programs, and ensuring worker psychological safety, including gender-based violence. 

The day’s agenda topics include eliminating gender-based violence & harassment in the world of work, pathways to leadership, worker culture, safety and negative bias, and the art of self-advocacy. 

The day closes with a discussion hosted by leaders in the field who have identified training gaps, experienced industry change at a job site and found success sharing DEI initiatives with their crews.
